Shipping policy

Shipping rates (United States): Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders of $50.00–$99.99 ship for $10.50, and orders under $50 ship for $7.50. Made-to-order LPG Goods items ship separately from our print partner and may carry their own shipping charge. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

Processing and delivery: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most US orders arrive within 5–8 business days of shipping. Canada: 12–20 business days. International: 14–28 business days. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Tracking is emailed for every order. LPG Branded Goods are made-to-order and will arrive within 10–15 business days, including time for branding.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

International orders: Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Refund & Resolution Policy

Every LPG Sundries order ships directly from our fulfillment partners, so our return terms follow theirs.

Clothing shipped to US addresses:

Return window: Email admin@luckypennygroup.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery. If your order arrived in more than one package, the window starts when the last package is delivered.
Condition: Unworn and unwashed, with original tags and the original clear garment bag with SKU label.
How to return: Returns are by mail. Within 1 business day, we'll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Ship the item back within 7 days with the RA number included.
Cost: You pay return shipping. There's no restocking fee for returns that meet these conditions. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Returns that don't meet these conditions will be declined.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the return arrives at our partner's warehouse.
Exchanges: Not offered. Return the item and place a new order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items (all orders, including final sale):

Email admin@luckypennygroup.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. If we need the item back, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
