Shipping
Every LPG Sundries order is packed by hand and checked before it ships. Here's what to expect.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery times
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Canada: 12–20 business days
- International: 14–28 business days
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day you place it, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and customs.
Tracking your order Once your order ships you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.
Customs & duties International orders may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival by your local customs authority. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the checkout total.
Missing parcel If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, wait 48 hours, check with neighbours, then email admin@luckypennygroup.com .
