Orders
How do I know my order went through? You'll get a confirmation email within a few minutes. If it's not there, check spam, then contact us with the name and email you used.
Can I change or cancel my order? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to update or cancel it before it ships. Once shipped, it can't be changed.
Do you offer discount codes? Yes — join our newsletter at the bottom of any page for new arrivals and occasional offers.
Shipping & tracking
How long will my order take? Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and most US deliveries arrive within 10–15 business days of shipping. See our Shipping page for details.
How do I track my order? Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or check any time on our Track Order page.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties or taxes on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have it. Carriers sometimes scan early. Wait 48 hours and check with neighbours and your building. If it still hasn't arrived, email admin@luckypennygroup.com..
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy? Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full details on our Returns page.
How do I exchange for a different size? Email us with your order number and the size you need. We'll hold the replacement where stock allows.
When will I get my refund? Within 5–10 business days of us receiving and approving your return, to your original payment method.
Can I return jewelry? For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can't be returned unless faulty. Other jewelry can be returned unworn with tags and packaging.
Products & sizing
How do your sizes run? Each product page has a size guide with measurements. Denim and linen run true to size with a relaxed fit. Between sizes: size down for denim, up for linen.
How should I care for my items? Follow the care label. As a rule, wash denim and linen cold, inside out, and hang to dry.
Will sold-out items come back? Sometimes. Join the newsletter to hear about restocks and new drops first.
