Refund & Resolution Policy

At LPG Sundries, every item is curated and sourced from trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Because our products are produced and shipped directly from our suppliers, all sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind every piece we carry. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@luckypennygroup.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate every claim promptly and work to make it right — through a replacement, store credit, or a partial refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items ordered in the correct size, color, or style.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval.
